Tim has nearly twenty years of legal experience in large and mid-sized law firms.  His practice involves represented individuals and companies in multiple jurisdictions and across business lines; including real estate, construction, landlord/tenant law, eminent domain, environmental contamination, and various general civil litigation matters.


He has represented property owners and individuals in complex personal injury and toxic tort litigation concerning groundwater contamination, exposures to fly ash, gasoline contamination, chromium waste, chlorine-based biocides, and other toxic materials.  He has worked extensively with experts in the fields of chemistry, engineering, hydrogeology, toxicology, epidemiology, and environmental remediation.
